A self-proclaimed member of the 'new old' and a mother of three grown sons, a grandmother of two, she currently resides with her husband and two Yorkshire Terriers, Oglethorpe and MacGregor on Amelia Island Florida.
Anderson's commitment to her community is evident. She serves as a docent for the Amelia Island Museum of History, served on the Boards of the Amelia Arts Academy, the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival and the Amelia Book Island Festival.
